With the broad spectrum of applications in mind, Norcast has designed and developed a unique range of standard and specialty alloys that can be applied to meet any of your needs.

Our custom castings group can work in high and low carbon steel, tailored for high temperature corrosive or other environments, as well as grey, ductile and cast iron.

For crushing applications, we offer various alloy levels of manganese steel, carefully balancing alloy content against the severity of the service expectations.

Mill Liner chemistries have been developed over years of practical experience. We engineer our systems  using one or more of our Cr-Moly Norsteel options, or for optimized performance in extremely abrasive conditions , we will include High Chrome Norchrome to achieve an optimum blend of cost and performance.  

All of our alloys can also be selected according to their cost and lifespan characteristics, allowing us to help our customers achieve the lowest cost solution to their milling strategy.
