Design and engineering are executed with 3D design software to ensure flawless surfaces and perfect fit. Designs are then validated using trajectory simulations to confirm their function, and melt-flow simulation to confirm manufacturability. Once thoroughly analyzed, patterns are digitally produced using state-of-the-art, numerically-controlled, cutting equipment. This ensures the right product is produced each time, every time.

Our disciplined manufacturing is not only consistently managed, but it also has a thorough control plan. A series of quality gates through the factory ensures that product execution remains perfectly aligned with customer needs and expectations. A computerized manufacturing control system tracks every step so that traceability data can serve as our product’s pedigree throughout its usable life.
